Job Description:

Founded in 2017 in Brno, Maintask is an official Salesforce RIDGE Partner that helps increase the revenues of businesses by implementing, developing, and customizing Salesforce, the world’s #1 CRM. We also provide IT services such as IT administration and web development for foreign companies, mostly from the USA. We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our core team in Brno. The knowledge of the Czech language is not required for this position.

Sales Representative Duties:

  • Prospecting, finding, and researching new prospects (with the help of a Sales Associate)
  • Cold outreach to new prospects – calling and emailing
  • Meetings with prospects – online or in person in the USA
  • Traveling to the USA for in-person meetings, conferences, and trade shows
  • Preparing proposals for new clients and new projects in the areas of Salesforce and web development
  • Diligent record keeping of all interactions with clients
  • Work with the CEO on sales strategy

Requirements:

  • Great communication skills and reliability
  • Sales experience is not a requirement (the employee will receive sales training in the first 3 months)
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude
  • Business trips to the USA at least 3 to 6 times a year
  • Perfect spoken and written English (at least C1)
  • Some knowledge of Salesforce is preferred but not required
  • Be able to learn on the job
  • Be in the Brno office at least 3 times a week
